Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to join our team. This role involves handling, moving, and storing materials while operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically capable, and experienced in warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers
- Move products to proper storage areas
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock counts
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow all company procedures and OSHA safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Required: Valid forklift certification
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Comfortable working in a outdoor/ warehouse environment (may include heat, rain, or noise)
