We are seeking a skilled machinery maintenance mechanic to service 3rd party autonomous sweeping robots across Palm Beach County. This is an exciting opportunity for project-based mechanics that want to pick up additional hours that positions them to grow with the company.
Part-time 10hrs per week.
Must have reliable transportation.
Pay: $30/hour
Job Description:
Field service requests for robots needing repairs 10hr/ week -- timing will vary.
Work alongside a remote team of engineers as they troubleshoot from the corporate office and provide you with status updates and guide you during the repair.
Emptying dust canisters, clearing jams, etc.
Using power tools and basic tools to complete repairs.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a good and professional communicator, able to coordinate and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Have verifiable experience working with machinery maintenance.
Can use powertools, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.
Reliable car to drive to service locations.
Have strong troubleshooting and solution-oriented skills
Be comfortable working outdoors and handling dust
