Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Representative to manage claims, billing, and client relations while providing critical support to field teams. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth job flow, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Task & Claims Management
- Oversee job flow processes for assigned claims, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and manage tasking systems for all claims.
- Set and manage customer expectations in collaboration with job coordinators.
2. Billing & Accounts Receivable
- Coordinate billing preferences, scope determination, and production preferences.
- Review invoices to optimize billable events.
- Submit and follow up on invoices with assigned clients.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable.
3. Reporting & Communication
- Provide job performance and revenue reports to management.
- Identify and communicate industry trends, client concerns, and sales opportunities.
- Conduct job audits to ensure quality and compliance.
4. Field Support & Backup
- Serve as a backup for job coordinators, assisting with packouts, deliveries, and emergency calls.
- Offer direct support to field teams as needed.
5. Client Relations & Growth
- Maintain active communication with clients throughout each job.
- Provide regular updates, timelines, and satisfaction surveys.
- Educate clients and customers on company processes and services to enhance understanding and trust.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift every 4th week
- Work Location: In-person
Job Requirements
1. Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, claims processing, or billing is a plus.
- Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial reporting is beneficial.
2. Skills & Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple claims, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to Detail – Strong focus on accuracy in billing, reporting, and client communication.
- Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Problem-Solving – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns proactively.
- Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, billing software, etc.).
- Time Management – Ability to prioritize workload and handle fast-paced environments.
- Customer Service Orientation – Commitment to client satisfaction and retention.
3. Physical & Availability Requirements:
- Must be available for a Monday–Friday schedule, with a rotating Saturday shift every 4th week.
- Ability to work in an in-person office setting.
- Occasionally assist with field tasks such as deliveries, packouts, and on-call availability.
