Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures related to fountain and water feature systems.

Diagnose and resolve issues with fountain motors, pumps, lighting, and control panels.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on fountain electrical components to ensure safe and optimal performance.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams related to fountain systems.

Collaborate with landscaping, plumbing, and engineering teams on coordinated maintenance and installation projects.

Monitor and maintain water feature timers, GFCI outlets, breakers, and automated control systems.

Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed.

Provide emergency repairs and support during power outages or system malfunctions.

Recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated or failing electrical components.

Valid electrician’s license or certification (state or local, as required).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an electrician, with at least 1–2 years focused on fountain motors or similar pump-driven systems.

Strong knowledge of single-phase and three-phase motor systems, pump controls, and underwater lighting.

Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.

Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Must be able to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Understanding of water feature systems, hydraulics, and general plumbing a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
