We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our fencing crew as a Fence Installation Laborer. This role involves digging trenches and post holes using hand tools, assisting with metal fence installation, and performing general construction support tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Dig trenches and post holes for fence posts using shovels, post-hole diggers, and other hand tools
• Assist installers with assembling and setting metal fencing
• Perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors
Requirements:
• Previous fencing or construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods
Compensation & Schedule:
• Pay: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
• Full-time position
