Title: Door Prep / Carpenter
Pay: $18-$20/hr

Body: We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our growing custom door fabrication and installation team. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing to high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Perform warehouse tasks: order picking, loading/unloading trucks, and general dock labor
Assist in the door shop with prepping and assembling custom door frames and components
Use tape measures accurately (down to 1/32–1/64 inch), hand tools, and power tools
Support installation crews with deliveries and on-site installs (lifting, shimming, leveling, adjustments)
Ride along on deliveries to assist with unloading and placement of materials
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
