HR Project Administrative Assistant – Workday Implementation
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Project Administrative Assistant to support our Workday implementation project. This role is primarily administrative and data-focused, requiring strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer and organize data from documents into Excel and Smartsheet
- Review information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and organize electronic files and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Smartsheet preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive, data-heavy tasks
- Prior administrative or data entry experience preferred
Position Details:
- Temporary assignment
- Ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work
- Exposure to a large-scale HRIS implementation project
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 /hour
Length of assignment: TBD but most likely4 – 6 weeks
