🧾 Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Reach Lift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate a reach truck (forklift) to move, locate, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse. The ideal candidate has experience operating lift equipment and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload products from racks, shelves, and trucks
- Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment
- Safely stack and store products at various heights
- Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate inventory by scanning and tracking items
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
✅ Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a reach lift or forklift
- Valid forklift/reach truck certification (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic math and inventory skills
💪 Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
- Ability to operate equipment for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights
