Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding and fabrication of steel parts for trash compactors and balers.
Use hand and power tools to cut, grind, and fit metal components.
Inspect finished welds for quality and structural integrity.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
