Job Title: Sr. Small Engine Technician
Pay: $25–$35/hour (depending on experience)
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Small Engine Repair Technician to join our team.
Daily Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and overhaul small engine equipment (e.g., zero-turn mowers, chainsaws, weed eaters, pressure washers, etc.).
Identify mechanical or structural issues and complete repairs in a timely, efficient manner.
Complete all work orders accurately.
Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed with diagnostics, schematics, and repairs.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle challenging situations professionally.
Collaborate with coworkers, vendors, and customers to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on small engine repair experience.
Strong knowledge of 2-cycle and 4-cycle engine systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
