Title: Welder/ Service Technician
Location: Cartersville & White
Pay: $17/hr -$19/hr+ (Depending on Role and Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Start Time 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM | Monday – Friday
Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Welder / Service Technician. This position is a hybrid role that involves both shop-based fabrication work and traveling to customer sites to perform field service and welding repairs. Responsibilities include MIG and stick welding on large metal containers such as dumpsters and balers, metal fabrication, and general mechanical work. The shop-based portion of the role will focus on making structural repairs to large metal boxes, while the traveling portion may involve working in dirty environments (such as around waste or garbage), repairing equipment at various client locations.
Requirements: MIG and stick welding experience
Ability to pass a weld test
Strong mechanical aptitude; comfortable with tools and repairs
Willingness to work in both clean and dirty environments
Clean driving record (required for field technician role)
Electrical experience or knowledge is a plus
