Job Full Description
Title: Logistics Team Lead
Location: White
Shift: three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift per week (AM & PM available)
Pay: $19/hr-$22/hr depending on shift
Responsibilities:
you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day shipping, receiving, and inventory activities within the warehouse. You will delegate tasks to logistics staff, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time. This role involves coordinating with drivers, vendors, and internal departments to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any logistical issues that arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper inventory records, supporting cycle counts, and ensuring all safety and operational procedures are followed. In addition, you’ll train and mentor new team members while helping maintain a productive and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Must have prior lead experience
Forklift experience is a plus
Steady work history is required
