We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support daily outbound shipping operations inside a warehouse office environment. This position is primarily clerical and involves working on a computer to verify orders in the ERP system, create shipping labels, and prepare documentation such as Bills of Lading and commercial invoices for both parcel and LTL freight. The Logistics Clerk will coordinate carrier pickups, rate shop shipments, track deliveries, and communicate with internal departments using Outlook and Microsoft Teams to ensure orders are accurate and ship on time.
Requirements:
Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Basic understanding of shipping processes (labels, tracking, BOLs, commercial invoices)
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
