Job Full Description

1st Shift

Hours: 6am -4:30pm Monday - Thursday and some Friday's 

• Examine manufactured products, primarily automotive parts to ensure the parts meet all standards of presentation and quality
• Perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components
• Install subsystems, parts, and components into a vehicle on a moving assembly line.
• Perform visual, mechanical and functional verification of parts to ensure compliance to set specification and quality standards
• Make independent judgments for subjective calls
• Collect and record accurate data regarding defects
• Tag and isolate defective material
• Provide description or justification for defective material
• Attention to detail
• Communicate sort/inspection results to managers
• Requires the use and operation of various power tools, hoists, and production equipment
• Basic Computer knowledge
