Machine Operator - 2ND SHIFT (Industrial Manufacturing)

Shift Information & Pay:
*There are NO Full Time 1st shift position - Only the training is on 1st shift*

2nd Shift (B Shift) - Training on 1st shift approx. 4 weeks (6:00am - 2:45pm):
$20.00/hour
3:00 PM – 11:45 PM, Monday–Friday
8-hour shifts (includes two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch)
Position Overview:
This role involves fabricating metal tubing using industrial machinery. Operators will work directly with materials, including handling large metal cylinders, and must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in a manufacturing environment. This is not a traditional machine operator role—attention to detail, work ethic, and willingness to learn are critical.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist in the fabrication of industrial tubing from flat metal

Handle and maneuver metal materials, including large cylinders

Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail

Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Must be able to stand, bend, squat, and lift overhead throughout the shift

Ability to pass a measurement test and drug screen

Reliable transportation is required

Must be dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Work Environment & Expectations:

Steel toe boots and long pants required (PPE and safety glasses provided)

This position cannot be held as a second job

No cell phone use during work hours

Professional behavior and strong work ethic are required

Good personal hygiene required

No long nails (safety requirement)

Must be willing to learn and take direction

Candidates must be committed to a full-time schedule (no dual employment)

Machine operator experience is not required; candidates with strong work ethic, physical capability, and willingness to learn are preferred

Experience with CNC or milling equipment (reading specs/drawings) is a plus
