Office Administrator
Location: Marietta, GA
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and energetic Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and creating a positive experience for both clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Monitor and manage a shared company email inbox
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and day-to-day office tasks
- Support team members with various administrative needs
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Must have Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor
- Sound judgment, common sense, and a willingness to take initiative
