Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, processing orders, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced parts supply environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS and inventory systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, product lines, and industry applications
- Pull, stage, and organize orders for pickup or delivery
- Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe counter and showroom area
- Support inside sales and other team members as needed
