Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman (BILINGUAL SPANISH HIGHLY PREFERRED) for a client in the Ellabell, GA area. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing electrical crews, ensuring project completion, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Interviews are being scheduled immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead electrical crews on active job sites

Review site diagrams, blueprints, and layout maps to ensure accurate project execution

Coordinate daily tasks and monitor crew productivity and performance

Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications

Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members

Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance standards
-
Communicate effectively with site leadership and project stakeholders
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in an Electrical Foreman or electrical leadership role required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and site plans

Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage crews and ensure timely project completion

Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

Electrical certifications are preferred but not required
