Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Serve as a point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.

Assist with project management and follow up on deadlines and deliverables.

Conduct research and compile data as needed for meetings and presentations.

Organize and maintain files, documents, and office systems.
- Run errands (post office Etc)

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
