Accounting Clerk / AP Clerk (Multiple Openings)
Honolulu, HI • Full-Time (Mon–Fri) • Up to $22/hour

What you’ll do

Process high-volume AP/AR: posting payments, coding, and batching on time

Invoice & match: create/distribute invoices; 3-way match (PO/receiver/invoice)

Reconcile & resolve: vendor statements, short-pays, discrepancies, and credits

Support close: assist with accruals, reports, and audit requests; maintain organized files

Partner & communicate: work with vendors/customers and internal teams to keep queues current
What you bring
-
Experience as AP Clerk, AR Clerk, or Accounting Clerk
-
Proficient with Outlook & Excel; familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar a plus)

Accuracy, organization, and deadline follow-through

Knowledge of basic GAAP workflows and documentation standards
