Accounting Manager
Honolulu, HI
Up to $125/year
Leads a 7-person accounting team, driving timely/accurate financial reporting, month-end close, and key financial analyses, while coordinating inventories, projections, and cross-department initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close and all financial reporting (statements, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis)
- Oversee team leadership, training, and performance management across the accounting department
- Coordinate semi-annual inventories and projections, and support companywide financial analysis and forecasting
Requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Accounting degree, public accounting experience, 5+ years accounting/management
