Property Accountant
Honolulu, HI
Up to $60/year
Seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting operations for a growing property management portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage AP/AR, including invoices, tenant allocations, payment reconciliations, and deposits
- Handle GET filings, property-tax tasks, monthly management fees, transfers, and 1099 support
- Prepare financial statements, complete bank reconciliations, review variances, and assist owners/tenants as needed
Requirements
- AS in Accounting required; BS preferred
- 4+ years accounting experience (property management a plus)
- Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); Word proficiency
