Inside Sales Representative
Are you ready to build your career in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment? We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative who thrives on providing exceptional service and supporting seamless project coordination.
Position Overview
In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection between customers, sales teams, and operations. You’ll manage customer accounts, prepare quotes, coordinate orders, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer accounts with attention to detail and accuracy
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery schedules
- Partner with outside sales representatives to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up
- Maintain organized records and assist with credit and payment processes
- Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and service
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or sales support roles (experience in construction or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
