Front Office Coordinator
Location: Idaho Falls, ID
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Part-Time
Pay: $12-$13/hr
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and calls, and it supports daily administrative operations, scheduling, and organization. The ideal person is professional, upbeat, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and create a welcoming front office experience
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Support team members with administrative tasks and paperwork
- Help organize and maintain office files and records
- Order and restock office supplies as needed
- Assist with data entry and basic reporting
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area
- Communicate clearly with staff, clients, and associates
Qualifications
- Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance
- Friendly attitude and team-first mindset
