Packaging Laborer (Forklift Required) – 2–3 Week Project
Location: Idaho Falls, ID
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time (Temporary)
Duration: 2–3 weeks (project-based)
Pay: $20/hour
Job Summary
We are hiring a Packaging Laborer with Forklift Experience for a short-term project in Dubois. This role involves packaging and handling product materials in a production environment. Humic Growth Solutions produces a humate product, so this job is dirty and hands-on. You must be comfortable with heavy lifting and working around dust and material residue.
Key Responsibilities
- Package and prepare product for shipment
- Operate a forklift to move pallets and materials (forklift experience required)
- Load, unload, and stack product safely and efficiently
- Assist with general production and cleanup tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift 55+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a dusty/dirty environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- General labor or warehouse experience is a plus
