Sanitation Technician (Production Equipment Cleaning)
Location: Idaho Falls, ID
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Full-Time
Pay: $13/hr
Job Summary
We are hiring a Sanitation Technician at Elevation Labs to support production by cleaning and sanitizing large equipment used to make the product. This role focuses heavily on cleaning industrial-sized mixers and KitchenAid-style machines, along with other production tools and work areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize large production equipment used in manufacturing
- Wash, scrub, and detail-clean mixers, tools, and parts to meet sanitation standards
- Follow proper cleaning procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment parts as needed for thorough cleaning
- Keep the sanitation area organized and stocked with supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas, floors, and surrounding workspaces
- Follow safety rules and facility hygiene requirements at all times
- Assist with additional cleaning and support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or production experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
- Comfortable working on your feet for long periods and performing physical tasks
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work well as part of a team and stay on pace
- Must be able to follow safety standards and wear required PPE
