Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or light commercial heating and cooling systems. This position requires a dependable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
- Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and recommended repairs
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $28–$33 per hour based on experience
