We are looking for motivated and outgoing Call Center Representatives to join a growing team focused on home upgrades and wellness products. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy talking with people, building excitement, and helping customers improve their homes.
Position Details:
Full-time position
Monday – Friday schedule
In-office position
Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls with potential customers interested in home upgrades

Educate customers on options

Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with the sales team

Build rapport with customers and create interest in products

Accurately document customer information in the system

Maintain a positive and professional phone presence
Requirements:

Strong communication and phone skills

Friendly, energetic personality

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Comfortable speaking with customers and overcoming objections

Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask
