We are looking for dependable and safety-focused Material Handlers/Banders to join our Idaho Falls team. This is a long-term, stable career opportunity with day or night shifts available!
Responsibilities
- Safely move and band-welded metal (mostly steel) components using hoists, cranes, forklifts, and hand tools
- Transport components to the paint department’s staging area
- Operate saws and other tools to prepare wood spacers for bundling
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Accurately complete production records and other documentation
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Forklift operation experience required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift up to 100 lbs)
- Ability to stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk throughout a 10-hour shift
- Basic math and measurement skills (must read a tape measure down to 1/16")
- Team player, dependable, and willing to learn
- Prior manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus, but not required

- Full-time | 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts)
