Production Associate/Material Handler
We're hiring a Material Handler to join our team! If you're dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy physical, hands-on work, we'd like to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Safely unload trucks, including heavy steel bundles.
- Receive, identify, and tag incoming materials.
- Scan material tags and transport products to the correct locations.
- Operate a forklift and side loader safely and efficiently.
- Learn to safely operate overhead cranes.
- Keep the warehouse organized and maintain accurate material flow.
- Work closely with the team to meet production goals while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience is required.
- Warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well with a team.
- Good judgment and common sense.
- Commitment to safety and productivity.
