Apartment Maintenance Technician – Driggs, ID
Pay: $21.00/hour
Location: Driggs, Idaho

This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys troubleshooting problems, and can handle a variety of apartment repairs and maintenance tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general apartment and property maintenance
- Complete maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant units
- Diagnose and repair basic mechanical issues
- Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
- Repair doors, fixtures, hardware, cabinets, and other apartment components
- Assist with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other property maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance, property maintenance, construction, or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance requests
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working on your feet
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation
$21.00 per hour
