Shifts & Pay:
Key Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Your duties may include:

Operating, setting up, and adjusting machinery to optimize performance

Monitoring production lines for efficiency and product quality
-
Performing equipment cleaning, disassembly, and changeovers as needed
-
Performing QA checks, including metal detection and weight control
-
Troubleshooting and collaborating with your team to solve production issues
-
Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment
-
Reporting equipment abnormalities and following preventive maintenance basics
Qualifications:
-
1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment

Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and stand for extended periods
-
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
