Apartment Maintenance Technician – Carbondale Area
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
On-call: Occasionally required
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs and upkeep for apartment units and grounds. Responsibilities include general maintenance, unit turnovers, and responding to service requests while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Requirements:

2+ years maintenance experience

High school diploma or GED

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

Detail-oriented, punctual, and strong communication skills
