Retail Sales Associate | 10:00AM – 7:00PM | Mon-Fri (alternate Saturdays)| $16.00/hr
A Retail Sales Associate position is needed for a retail operation with an emphasis on rent-to-own. This is a nationally known and recognized industry leader with stores nation-wide.
Qualifications for Retail Sales Associate
- Previous retail experience
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Good organizational skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Previous collections experience is a plus
- Previous retail experience in rent-to-own preferred
Responsibilities for Retail Sales Associate
- Assist customers in store
- Maintaining telephone contact with customers for payment reminders
- Process customer payments
- Placing collection calls to past due accounts
- Reminding customers of benefits of lease renewals and timely payment
- Document customer commitments and document in computer system
- Maintain the appearance of the showroom floor
- Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries
