Job Full Description
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and guide a team of Warehouse Associates.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and mentor a team of Warehouse Associates.

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular checks, documentation, and updates.

Document and process new incoming orders.

Assist with Shipping & Receiving, including working with FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems.

Relay important information and updates to management clearly and promptly.

Keep management informed on daily warehouse performance, challenges, and workflow.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
-
Forklift experience required.

Computer proficiency required (shipping software, inventory systems, email, etc.).
-
Reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently when needed.
