General Dock & Trailer Loading Associate
Location: Channahon, IL Company: Multinational Health Care Services Organization
Position Overview
A multinational health care services company in Channahon; IL is seeking general dock loading and trailer loading associates with counterbalance experience. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- general dock loading and unloading of trailers
- trailer loading using safe and efficient methods
- Operate Crown stand‑up counterbalance equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Support overall dock operations as needed
Schedule & Training
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Start Day: Mondays
- Training: Two‑week training period on 1st shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation
Requirements
- Counterbalance forklift experience (Crown stand‑up preferred)
- Ability to lift, move, and load materials safely
- Drug test required
- Lifetime/full‑history background check — must be clean
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
