Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Channahon, IL Pay: $19/hr Assignment Length: Through 7/1/26 Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Mandatory 10‑hour shifts) Mid‑February: Transition to 12‑hour shifts
Position Overview
A leading company in Channahon is seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join their 2nd‑shift team. This is a long‑term assignment with consistent hours, mandatory overtime, and no interview required.
Job Duties

Operate single/double forklifts (ability to pick up two pallets at once)

Work outside in the yard

Pull pallets from the palletizer and store them in the yard

Load trailers with pallets

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements

Experience operating forklifts (single/double preferred)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Must pass a 4‑panel drug test (no THC testing)

Must pass a 7‑year background check

Reliable attendance and ability to work mandatory overtime
