Job Full Description
Front Office Coordinator – $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors and applicants, responsible for creating a positive experience and supporting daily office operations. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. This is a temp to hire position.
Responsibilities

Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to inquiries professionally.

Review online applications and enter accurate applicant data into the system.

Assist with applicant flow, schedule interviews, and administer skills evaluations.

Support recruiting efforts and help match applicants to open roles.

Perform general office tasks including filing, mailings, payroll support, and maintaining office organization.

Make appointment-setting and MPC calls as needed and convert employment verification calls into sales or recruiting opportunities.

Follow Express procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements

Bilingual: English and Spanish required.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
