Pay Rate: 2nd shift $18.01 - 3rd Shift $19.01
Shift Hours: 2nd shift - 2pm-10pm - 3rd shift - 10pm-6am
Start Date: Immediate – No interview required

Position Purpose
The General Laborer performs essential labor and support tasks throughout the production plant to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain reliable physical attendance.
- Follow standard manufacturing processes and instructions.
- Assist in pizza production on the manufacturing floor.
- Work on production lines, including casing, repackaging, and rework tasks.
- Comply with all Safety, GMP, Quality, and Plant Policies.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Feed pans and trays to production lines at required speed.
- Apply shipping labels at the established production rate.
- Prepare and maintain materials and equipment before, during, and after production.
- Ensure codes and labels meet product specifications.
- Verify packaging and materials per SKU requirements.
- Work in cold temperatures and hot tempatures.
- Read codes and operate coder machines as needed.
- Reseal and return unused materials at shift end and clean equipment for next shift.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate clearly with coworkers.
- Problem-solving ability within standard production parameters.
