Now Hiring: General Labor – 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Romeoville, IL (400,000 sq. ft. facility)

Starting Pay: $21/hour with increase upon direct hire

We are currently hiring General Labor associates for 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with production and material handling tasks
• Lift, move, and package finished goods
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Support machine operators and production team
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Report any production or equipment issues to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math and measuring skills preferred
• English comprehension required for safety and communication

Work Environment:

• Physically demanding role including standing, lifting, bending
• Exposure to industrial environment (noise, temperature changes)
• PPE provided including high-visibility vest and safety equipment
• Steel-toe boots with metatarsal guards required
• No cell phone use permitted on the production floor

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• 4-panel rapid drug test (No THC; also tested post-accident)
• 7-year criminal background check
