? Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, email)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and workplace compliance
• Ability to work long shifts and stand/walk for extended periods
• Bilingual (English/Korean or English/Spanish) is a plus

?? Preferred Experience (Plus Factors)

• Experience in battery manufacturing, electronics assembly, or automotive production
• Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen experience
• KPI and productivity management experience
• Team performance improvement experience

 

Day Shift

• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12-hour shift (including scheduled breaks)

Night Shift

• 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• 12-hour shift (including scheduled breaks)
• Must be willing to work weekends and overtime as needed
