We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for owning and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for designated positions in response to organizational hiring needs. This is a hybrid work schedule. 3 days on site, 2 days remote.
Job Description:
- Lead the recruitment process for Operations and Production roles, from application to hire.
- Conduct a successful intake with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Manage applicant flow and ensure accurate and timely disposition of candidates in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, databases, referrals, and networking, to identify and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Extend offers and process candidates for hire.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support HR department initiatives.
Qualifications
- 6 months - 1 year of progressive recruiting experience, preferably recruiting for light industrial and/or operations roles, required.
- Prior experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable Human Resources concepts, methods, and best practices specifically relating to organizational recruitment and selection; working knowledge of employment-related labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong critical thinking skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook.
