Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Onsite)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $21–$25/hr (based on experience)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the central communication point between our on-site warehouse operations and our remote corporate team. This is an essential role focused on ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, inventory is well-managed, and communication across all teams remains smooth and professional.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between warehouse staff and corporate departments

Resolve customer order issues and troubleshoot discrepancies related to quantities, dates, or inventory

Handle inventory control, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—internal and external

Coordinate with carriers and troubleshoot shipping/logistics issues
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-
2–5 years of administrative experience in a warehouse or operations-focused setting

Familiarity with supply chain, inventory control, or operational workflows
-
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

CRM experience preferred

A high degree of initiative, a positive mindset, and the ability to work independently

Strong virtual communication habits and comfort working with limited onsite supervision
