Inbound/Outbound Receiver
- Location: Vernon Hills
- Pay: $19–$21/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
About the Role: We are seeking reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Warehouse Operators to join our growing team at a global distribution center. This position focuses on pick/pack operations and supports both inbound and outbound logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to productivity targets and operational procedures
- Ensure quality standards and workplace conduct policies are met
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently (forklift experience preferred)
- Use basic computer systems for inventory and order tracking
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of previous Warehouse experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
