Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data wiping, imaging, and physical destruction of IT assets.
- Enter and update asset information in our ERP system for accurate tracking.
- Prepare assets for resale, including organizing, stacking, and wrapping equipment.
- Test and grade laptops, desktops, servers, and networking gear.
- Ensure compliance with quality and security standards to maintain certifications.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and professional email communication.
- Knowledge of PC components required; experience building PCs is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Professional communication skills and a strong desire to learn about computers.
