Labor Project – Short-Term Assignment

Location: Lake Zurich, IL
Pay: $20.00/hour
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Start Date: Monday, May 4th
Openings: 6 

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 1-hour unpaid lunch

Job Duties

• Move and organize banker boxes containing paperwork
• Boxes weigh approximately 25–30 lbs each
• Unload pallets at the loading dock, transport pallets upstairs, and organize boxes on the designated floor
• Each pallet contains approximately 40 boxes
• Project averages 3 truck deliveries per day
• Safe lifting of 30–40 lbs required
• Use of provided equipment, including dollies and pallet jacks

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and stack boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive lifting and physical work throughout the shift

Dress Code

• Casual attire
• Closed-toe shoes and long pants required
• Associates may bring their own work gloves if desired
