Job Full Description
Our client is looking for a dependable Pool Service Technician to handle daily pool cleaning, water balancing, and inspections at upscale homes. This position emphasizes attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform manual pool vacuuming and routine maintenance at luxury residential properties
- Skim, brush, and clean pool surfaces as needed
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets, check water levels and ensure pool cleanliness
- Test and balance pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, etc.)
- Inspect pool conditions and report any issues or concerns to service managers
- Maintain detailed records of each service visit
- Deliver exceptional service while interacting with high-end clients
- Represent the company with a clean, professional appearance and respectful demeanor
Requirements:
- This role requires the ability to speak, write, and understand English at a professional level.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Clean and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- No experience required – we will train the right candidate!
Preferred:
- Experience in residential pool cleaning or service (a plus, not required)
- Familiarity with high-end customer expectations
