Front Office Coordinator 

 

The Front Office Coordinator not only is considered the Director of First Impressions but also a proactive part of our recruiting process.  This position is the first contact that any person contacting an Express office has and, in most cases, is the foundation in which the person's overall impression of Express is based. This position primarily supports Employment Specialists in the administrative support of the recruiting process.

Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

 

  • ·         Receives and Processes Inbound Telephone Communications
  • ·         Prescreen and qualify potential applicants from phone calls and reviewing online applications
  • ·         Manage applicant flow and assist with recruiting efforts
  • ·         Coordinate and set up interviews for Employment Specialists by completed thorough inquiry calls and prescreen questions.
  • ·         Post Job Descriptions provided by staff to Facebook, Indeed, School Websites, and the internal website when needed
  • ·         Research community activities to develop awareness of the local labor market, recruiting opportunities, social media, and industry trends (utilize this to create Brand Awareness as well)
  • ·         Monitor Electronic Documents (E-Docs) to ensure associates being onboarded have completed properly before they come into the office
  • ·         Data entry as required
  • ·       Administer and monitor Computer Testing as needed
  • ·         Other projects as assigned

Front Office Coordinator Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year of previous Customer Service experience.
  • Experience and proficiency in dictation-this role requires listening and typing simultaneously at a fast pace
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel. Ability to learn proprietary system.
  • Must be able to work with a wide range of personalities in a courteous, effective and professional manner.  Always customer service focused.
  • Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly
  • High School Diploma/GED required; some college education strongly preferred
  • Flexible to other tasks and projects with a 'can do' attitude.
