Loader (2nd Shift)

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
Hours may change during peak season

Job Summary

The Loader is responsible for preparing and loading outbound shipments, ensuring products are properly staged, secured, and ready for delivery. This role is essentially the counterpart to Receiving, focused on moving finished goods out of the warehouse. It requires consistent physical activity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound trucks with finished goods safely and efficiently
• Move and stage products for shipment
• Perform palletizing and ensure proper load configuration
• Wrap and secure pallets for transport
• Verify shipments match shipping documentation
• Perform frequent lifting, bending, and movement of materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in loading areas
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy weights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with good attendance
