Pick/Pack Associate

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
Hours may change during peak season

Job Summary

The Pick/Pack Associate is responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory, packing orders, and preparing shipments to meet customer and retail requirements. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and consistency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse inventory based on order tickets or pick lists
• Accurately pack items into boxes for shipment
• Label packages and ensure correct documentation is included
• Prepare orders to meet shipping and retail requirements
• Maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace
• Perform repetitive movements including lifting, bending, and reaching
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

• Previous pick/pack or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods
• Dependable with good attendance
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
